CHECK-IN PROCEDURE

Windsor Hills is a secure, gated resort community with 24/7 staffed security.

Prior to arrival, you will receive an email requesting:
• Full names of all guests in your party
• An email address for each driver
• A photo of a valid driver’s license for anyone who may drive into the resort during your stay

Once your information has been submitted, each registered driver will automatically receive an individual E-Pass via email.

Please note:
• All adults must present a valid photo ID upon entry to the resort
• Registered guest day visitors must be pre-approved by the owner and accompanied by a registered guest at all times

Upon arrival at the guard gate, you will receive a paper guest pass to scan for entry throughout your stay.

A few days prior to check-in, you will also receive:
• Your personalized front door code
• Arrival instructions
• Helpful information for your stay

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM EST on your arrival date.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM EST on your departure date.

Guests are welcome to enjoy Windsor Hills Resort amenities throughout both check-in and check-out days.

If you arrive before check-in time, feel free to enjoy the resort amenities while the home is being prepared. Please note that the clubhouse pool does not provide towels, so be sure to bring your own until you are able to access the home.

TRASH & GARBAGE

Trash pickup occurs daily.

During your stay, please place all bagged trash inside the trash bench located outside the front door.

STARTER SUPPLIES

Club 34 Windsor Hills is a self-catering vacation home. To help guests get settled in comfortably, the following starter supplies are provided at check-in:

• 1 sponge
• 2 dishwasher detergent tabs
• 2 laundry detergent pods
• 2 kitchen trash bags
• 1 small roll of paper towels
• 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom
• 1 trash bag in each trash receptacle
• Hotel-size shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap in each bathroom
• Initial coffee, tea, hot cocoa, and coffee condiment supplies

For longer stays, additional supplies may need to be purchased by guests.

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE

Please complete the following prior to departure:

• Check-out is no later than 10:00 AM unless pre-approved otherwise
• Place all used white bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths in the bathtubs or showers
• Remove used sheets and pillowcases from beds that were slept in and place them in the laundry basket
• Load and start the dishwasher using a provided detergent pod
• Collect and bag all trash from throughout the home and place it inside the outdoor trash bench
• Return all TV remotes, gaming controllers, and other accessories to their original locations
• Log out of any personal streaming or gaming accounts accessed during your stay
• Return any moved furniture to its original location
• Dispose of cigarette butts properly if anyone in your party smoked outdoors (smoking is never permitted inside the home or screened lanai)
• Complete a final walkthrough to ensure all personal belongings have been collected

• Turn off lights and lock all windows and exterior doors before departure
