CHECK-IN PROCEDURE

The Windsor Hills address is: 2600 North Old Lake Wilson Road, Kissimme, FL 34747

Windsor Hills is a secure, gated resort with 24/7 manned security.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive an email requesting the full names of all guests in your party, along with an email address and a photo of a driver’s license for anyone who may be driving into the resort at any time.

Once your party’s information is entered into the system, each driver will automatically receive their individual E-Pass via email.

Please note: All adults must present a valid photo ID upon entry.

Upon your arrival at the guardhouse, you will receive a paper guest pass that you will scan to enter the resort for the rest of your stay.

 

Registered guest’s day visitor(s) must be approved by the owner and must be accompanied by registered guests at all times.

 

A few days prior to your arrival, you will receive an email with check-in details, your unique front door code, and other useful information.

 

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM (EST) on your arrival date, and check-out is by 10:00 AM (EST) on your departure day. Guests are welcome to enjoy the resort amenities throughout both check-in and check-out days.

If you arrive before 4:00PM, feel free to use the resort facilities. Please note, however, that the clubhouse pool does not provide towels, so be sure to bring your own until you’ve checked in.

 

TRASH/GARBAGE

Trash is picked up daily! You are responsible for putting trash inside the trash bin located outside the front door during your stay.

 

STARTER SUPPLIES

Club 34 Windsor Hills is self-catering. Starter supplies of the following will be supplied at your check-in:

- 1 sponge

- 2, 13-gallon trash bags

- 2 dishwasher tabs

- 1 small roll of paper towels

- 1 coffee sachet for one 4-cup pot of coffee, tea bags, hot cocoa packets, coffee condiment pack

- 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom

- 1 trash bag in each trash receptacle

- 1 hotel size shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap in each bathroom

- 2 laundry detergent pods

 

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE

- Checkout is no later than 10:00 AM (unless you have been pre-approved for a later check-out)

- Place all WHITE bath towels, hand towels, and washcloth into the bathtubs/shower.

- Remove the sheets and pillowcases from all beds that you used, place them in the laundry basket.

- Load dirty dishes in the dishwasher, add a detergent pod and turn it on.

- Do a pick-up of all trash throughout the house.

- Bag all trash/garbage from the house into 13-gallon trash bags and place them inside the trash bench outside the front door.

- Return all TV remotes, game controllers, other device remotes and ceiling fan remotes to where they were when you arrived.

- Log out of any online accounts you may have accessed on the TVs and the Xbox One.

- If anyone in your party is a smoker (allowed outside the home and lanai only), please dispose of all cigarette butts properly.

- If you moved any furniture within the home or out on the lanai, please return them to where they were when you arrived.

- Do a final walkthrough to ensure you haven’t left anything behind

- Turn off all lights, and close and lock all windows and exterior doors.
