TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance at the time of booking to protect their investment against unforeseen events. While travel insurance is available during the booking process, its purchase is completely optional. Please note that we are not affiliated with, nor do we endorse, any specific travel insurance provider.
RentalGuardian - Covered Reasons PDF
For the greatest flexibility, consider Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) coverage as it will provide the best protection and you can cancel for any reason. CFAR includes all the coverages that a standard policy includes and will provide 100% reimbursement for a covered event, and 60% reimbursement for a non-covered event. CFAR coverage is only available for purchase within 14 days of your travel deposit and cancellation must be 48 hours or more in advance of the scheduled start date of your trip. HOUSE RULES
- Maximum capacity: 8 people (including children & infants)
- This is a NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the home or inside the screened pool area. This includes all tobacco products, vaping, and marijuana.
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- No pets allowed
- Resort quiet hours are 10PM-8AM (EST)
- Must be at least 25 years old to book the home
- All trash must be bagged and placed inside the trash bench at the front door
SECURITY CAMERAS
Your safety matters! The Rental Property has a Ring doorbell security camera installed at the front door and a camera installed outside the lanai that captures any activity around the pool equipment. These cameras are for the security of the home and our guests. There are NO RECORDING DEVICES OR CAMERAS INSIDE THE HOME.
Windsor Hills resort has multiple security cameras throughout the property.
RESORT FACILITIES
Use of Windsor Hills resort facilities is subject to the rules and regulations of the resort. To enter the resort pool deck, you must first obtain a wristband and access code for the pool gate keypad from the Welcome Center at the Clubhouse, just give them your name and address of the home. Wristbands will only be given to registered guests.
PARKING
The resort has a maximum of three vehicles is permitted per home. The townhome has space for one vehicle in the driveway in front of the home. Up to two additional vehicles must use the overflow parking spaces located a short distance from the townhomes. No parking is allowed in the street, and the vehicle in the driveway must not block the sidewalk. Please do not use neighboring driveways.
An oversized vehicle parking lot is available for RVs and trailers. No overnight camping is permitted for RVs. These vehicles MUST be pre-approved by the resort upon booking your stay as the pre-approval of these vehicles is on a first come, first serve basis. You must register these vehicles with the Windsor Hills office to use this parking area. Contact the owner of Club 34 Windsor Hills to obtain permission from the resort management.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS
If you are unable to use your reservation (regardless of reason), we will try to work with you to reschedule your reservation. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. In the event that a guest cancels a reservation, or the owner or management company must cancel the arrangements due to non-payment of the balance due within the time allowed before departure, cancellation charges will be made as follows:
- More than 14 days before check-in date: 100% refunded, minus credit card fees.
- Less than 14 days before check-in date: 100% of rental amount forfeited.
